Nike Infinity

Design of identity for new Nike line. Paris, France. Winter 2003.

Description: The Nike Infinity started out as a playful intervention, very much on behalf of the fan, on the brand. The Nike signature-the swoosh--becomes a precious but collectible element. So the fan can infinitely customize his or her Nikes. To present the project to Nike Japan, an A0-sized poster was produced made entirely of sticker paper featuring 60+ different swooshes: from the Roy Lichtenstein to the UN swoosh. The swooshes were each kiss-cut, allowing fans to remove them one by one and try them on the shoes.

Concept: Cyprien Gaillard.
Design: Kasia Korczak.
Copywrite: Payam Sharifi.

Press: Feature in etapes graphique (issue 103/December 2003).
Feature in 'Marketing your creativity' (AVA Publishing SA/2004).
Feature in 'This Gun is for Hire' (Die Gestalten/2004).

CMYK print on sticker paper with kiss-cuts (84 cm x 120 cm).

Take a swoosh off and stick it on a 'welcro'.

Or keep it with your other favorite stickers.
